Committed to Maintaining an Ethical Brand and Supporting Our Community

At Swoon Swimwear, we’re committed to maintaining an ethical brand and supporting our community. That’s why we’re proud to support Simply From The Heart, a non-profit organization that provides hospitalized patients with complimentary bedside beauty services to raise self-esteem and encourage well-being. Simply From The Heart is currently affiliated with over 15 hospitals and has touched the lives of over 5,000 patients.

Simply From The Heart volunteers act as a “Glam Squad” to pamper patients suffering from a terminal illness or life-threatening disease and who are undergoing extended hospital stays and treatment. As a way to empower those fighting cancer or chronic illness and make them feel like the strong, beautiful warriors that they are, the Glam Squad provides patients with services like manicures, makeup, hand massages, hairstyling, and mini-facials. All services provided by the volunteers are free of charge and every patient also receives a “Glam Box” that comes with over 25 beauty products.

To celebrate the nonprofit’s fifth anniversary and the pampering of over 5,000 patients, Simply From The Heart held their Blush & Bowties Gala in Chicago on November 9th, 2019. When approached by Alison Freier, one of Swoon Swimwear’s models and a Gala Board member and ambassador for Simply From The Heart, Swoon Swimwear jumped at the chance to support such a great cause and donate a swimsuit that was auctioned off at the Gala. The winner of the swimsuit was given the chance to select any swimsuit that they liked from a lookbook that we also provided.

We are happy to support an amazing organization like Simply From The Heart. At Swoon Swimwear, we strive to create a beautiful and ethical brand. As a woman-owned brand, we love to support other businesses owned or founded by woman like Simply From The Heart.
